Equipment Needed

We keep equipment minimal during the challenge, proving that you don’t need much to make big shifts in your core and glute function and strength.

  • ✓ Pilates ball or squishy ball (can also substitute a rolled up towel)

Great program! Really helped me dial into my form and helped me recognize areas where I had been "cheating" with my form. Think I’m going to go back and do Foundations all over again with these new cues and awareness.

Finally made it to the end. I have a lot to work on! I had pubic symphysis disorder during pregnancy and this is the first time after 8 years I felt strengthening in that area. 😭 Thank you!

I finished the glute and core program and it was a much needed review to tweak things that I had forgotten about and was able to do a hinge properly. It was an excellent challenge and has given me the motivation I needed. Definitely love the programs available and the results it brings such as a stronger back therefore better posture, digging into the foot exercises makes a huge difference and of course the symptoms of why I joined in the first place are getting better. Love all the instructions to cue for things is so helpful and keeps me from rushing through the exercises. Thank you!

Two c sections with the last being 7 years ago, a diagnosis of hip dysplasia with a CAM hip impingement. Three months of physical therapy last summer. The last four years have been filled with frustration and pain. This two week challenge changed something and I’ve had the least amount of pain alongside increased mobility in those four years! The glute and core challenge has been the extra focus I've needed to get a grip (but not too much grip lol) around the pressure management aspect of my pelvic floor issues. I recognized that while some symptoms got better, the pressure was incredibly for me to wrap my head around. The glute and core challenge has gotten me to that place and for that I am thankful!

Bit behind but I’m getting there. So this lengthening of the glutes we are doing I assume helps with mobility/range of motion. I just did a workout with air squats and they felt GOOD. Ive never felt so much weight in my heels before

It’s not Friday .. it’s Sunday but better late than never… just saying the glute and core challenge is Fire! I am now feeling my hamstrings and feeling my glutes in squats definitely a piece I was missing!! This entire program is the reason I have not given up xoxo

I just completed the Ignite: Glutes & Core Challenge! I want to thank you very much for offering this! I have learned some very important information through out the way. I hope I can remember everything I’ve learned & put it into “real life”.☺️ It’s unbelievable how I feel so many muscles in such a “slow pased” workout! In January of 22, I had Vaginal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingectomy vaginal, anterior & posterior colporrhaphy repair, high uterosacral vault suspension, & tension free vaginal taping, for multiple pelvic floor prolapses.🥹 I had never heard of you or your workouts prior to surgery, I wish I would have, as, I would have started here 1st! Once “cleared” from surgery, I’ve been trying to regain my muscle, & strength, without causing another prolapse. The workouts that I was allowed to do, caused me so much pain & discomfort. I got to a point where I would start a program, then, set back for weeks to months at a time. My surgeon would say “just deal with it, this is the new you” I was not happy about that! I’m almost 50yo, I had a very active life prior to surgery, loved to workout, play with my son, hike, garden. I went into surgery with the hopes that I could go back to some of my activities, as the surgeon said I could do pretty much anything I wanted to do, except run or squat afterwards. So far with this 14 day workouts, I’ve really felt great, little to no pelvic pressure, & little to no lower back pain! For me, this is a huge win, as even after surgery, I’ve had these symptoms. Thank you once again!!!💕

I’m on the current 9 week program and have done all the others except running I decided to pause and do this to switch it up. Im glad I did because it’s helping bring more awareness! The cues sink in differently at different points I think.

I’ve had some lower lumbar/sciatica issues and massive tension in my glute/hip/quad muscle groups and these have helped keep me loose! Todays workout adjusted my back and neck (literally feeling them pop back into place with the first movement of each exercise. What relief!

Thank you so much for this program--it's amazing how much mind/body connection needs to go into the movements and that's been a real challenge for me. I'm seeing improvements and having a-ha moments with each day, though!

I've been struggling with back expansion in the lower rib, mid waist area and that last exercise with the Pilates ball under the rib cage is just perfect for it. I really felt the mid back expansion. 👏🏻❣️

TMI? I have had decades long issue with constipation. Today is the first time in forever that I had an easier BM. I had ZERO idea this could be related to pelvic floor dysfunction (and I am an RN…) thank you!

I’ve been struggling with pressure feeling, not as bad as prior to surgery. But, so far doing these simple exercises that you’ve been sharing, I’ve been feeling better! Learning so much; Tx you for this new challenge! I have becom aware of much lack of dorsiflexion on my right foot! Squating w/a wedge feels much better!

I’ve never felt so strong doing a bridge! This course is making all kinds of connections I wasn’t quite getting before.

Just saying these last 4 days are eye openers … it’s so nice to have these … so feel these are great prep for workouts … I feel like I not been breathing lately like I know you say breathe into the back and ribs down but I think I have been having my sternum to depressed and not breathing at all in my ribs

I loved the description Caroline gave of what she felt with her pelvis tipping forward (more irritation) and back (more stable and equal distribution). It helped me tune into things that I definitely struggled to articulate!

This has been incredibly beneficial to help me identify proper alignment and engagement. Looking forward to day 3! Thank you!
