I'm Caroline — pelvic floor physical therapist, certified yoga instructor, lifelong athlete, and mom of three.
I know what it's like to look strong on the outside while something feels fundamentally off. I was leaking on runs and developed both uterine and bladder prolapse. The workouts I loved were making things worse.
What I learned changed everything: looking fit and being functionally strong are not the same thing and no one was building a program that addressed both.
