Caroline Packard is a pelvic floor physical therapist, certified yoga instructor, fitness enthusiast, and mom of three. But Connect was born from something far more personal than her clinical background.
After her first pregnancy, Caroline developed stress incontinence and prolapse, and found that the workouts she had always relied on to manage stress suddenly made everything worse. What had once been her outlet became a daily reminder of her struggle.
Refusing to accept that surgery was her only path forward, Caroline devoted herself to finding a real solution. She combined advanced pelvic floor rehab techniques with strength training, yoga, breathwork, and mindset changes — and it worked. That experience, and the deep conviction that other women deserved the same breakthrough, became the foundation for Connect.
Today, as a pelvic floor physical therapist with 15+ years of clinical expertise, Caroline has built a method grounded in both professional knowledge and lived experience. Connect exists because every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and limitless in her body.

A lifelong athlete across strength training, running, yoga, and beyond, Caroline built Connect because she knows what it feels like to lose access to the activities you love — and the joy that comes from reclaiming them.
Motherhood changed everything — including her mission. Caroline's personal experience with prolapse and incontinence is at the heart of her mission to help women understand the root cause of their pelvic floor symptoms.
