Meet Caroline Packard, DPT

Hi, I’m Caroline Packard - pelvic floor physical therapist, yoga instructor and mom of 3. It wasn’t that long ago I was in your shoes- struggling with gaining control over my pelvic floor issues. I developed a LOT of uncontrolled leakage after my first pregnancy, resulting in feelings of embarrassment and brokenness. And the worst part? My stress-buster, working out, suddenly became a daily reminder of my struggle.

I tried pelvic floor physical therapy- but to be honest, after a few weeks of some rehab exercises and no results, I gave up. It wasn’t until my OB/GYN told me that I would NEVER run leak-free if I didn’t have surgery that I became absolutely determined to give rehabbing my pelvic floor my undivided attention.

And that’s when things took a turn. Using concepts of rehab and my love for strength training and yoga, I managed to develop a system to beat those issues of leakage and pelvic organ prolapse. It wasn’t easy, but TOTALLY worth it. And it got me thinking: how many other women are struggling to find the right equation to solve their issues?

I believe that we, as women, deserve to feel strong and awesome in our bodies no matter what season of life you are in. Whether you’re a new mom, juggling toddlers, empty-nester, or haven’t had kids- it's never too late. And I’m here to help with all the tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way.
