While their experiences may be valid, they often lack the in-depth knowledge that comes with the formal training of a physical therapist. As a trained physical therapist that specializes in women’s pelvic floor therapy, the true value of my membership lies in blending evidence-based strategies with real-life patient experiences, all reinforced by professional expertise.

My unique approach bridges the gap between rehab and fitness. With my carefully designed, fully guided workouts, you'll receive expert coaching through the entirety of each workout. With this approach, you will gain so much more educational insights and physical benefits that go beyond the limitations of programs that offer short exercise snippets. Whether you're starting from scratch or are already working out, my programs are perfect for you.

In contrast to other fitness programs that entice customers with workouts promising instant gratification, I start by providing easy to understand overviews in a must watch series of educational videos of advanced pelvic floor rehab concepts like: diaphragm breathing, pressure control and the real reasons behind pelvic floor dysfunction. Together we will master these foundational concepts during the Reset Phase as they are crucial before advancing to activities like running and weight training. Don’t worry though, you'll still work up a sweat as you advance to the Integrate & Strength training phases, but with a better understanding of how these concepts can lead to improved outcomes.
