Annual & Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billing occurs. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent renewal at the end of the current billing period. Your access will remain active until the end of your paid term. Refund requests made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store must be submitted directly through those platforms.
